Naturally lighter than typical Ceylon or Indian black teas; characteristic liquor color develops gradually.

Mild to medium-bodied, smooth and balanced, with lower intensity than many Ceylon and Indian black teas.

Gradual development of color, aroma and cup character. The characteristic liquor is typically fully developed after approximately 20 minutes.
